2. Digital Product Sales & Instant Fulfillment
All products sold are intangible digital-only packages.

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, delivery is initiated immediately. You will receive access via an automated download link or account activation credentials sent to your registered email address.

No Physical Goods: You acknowledge that no physical shipping is required, and therefore, no physical tracking numbers will be issued. The digital audit trail of the download/access link serves as the Proof of Delivery.

3. European Consumer Rights & Refund Policy
In strict accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding digital content:

Express Consent: By placing an order, you provide your prior express consent for the performance of the contract to begin immediately.

Waiver of Withdrawal Right: You explicitly acknowledge that once the digital content delivery has commenced (e.g., the download link is provided or the game area is accessed), you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital goods which cannot be "returned," all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical defect where the digital content is proven to be non-functional, as determined by our technical team.

4. Intellectual Property & Limited License
Limited License: Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

Ownership: All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights (including source code, textures, and artwork) remain the exclusive property of Rootle Game Studios Inc.

Prohibitions: You shall not reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any assets contained within the game packages.

5. Payment, Security & Anti-Fraud
Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize the charge for the full amount and represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method.

Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Age Requirement & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to residents of the European Union.
